Returns for Faulty Items

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is faulty, we are happy to accept returns and provide a replacement. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return for a faulty item:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).
  • Returns are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects or faults.

Return Process

  2. Return Authorization:
    • Our Customer Service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • Once you have received your RAN, please securely package the item, including all original tags and packaging. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  4. Inspection and Replacement:
    • Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it to verify the fault. If the item is deemed faulty, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
    • If the item is not deemed faulty, it will be returned to you.
